Our Story

Iron Pig Bourbon is the bourbon-side brand of Iron Pig Smokehouse, a Texas-style barbecue restaurant at 4029 Old US Hwy 27 S in Gaylord, Michigan. At the smokehouse, brisket, ribs and pulled pork are smoked low and slow over cherry wood. The bar pours draft beer and smoked cocktails.
